Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with OutReach. If you're not, here's how refunds and cancellations work.
1. Free Plan
The Starter plan is free — no payment, no refund needed. You can use it indefinitely.
2. Paid Plans (Pro and Agency)
14-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
To request a refund within this window, email billing@outreach.io with the subject line “Refund Request” and your account email. We will process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
After the 14-day window
Payments made after the 14-day window are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the guarantee window has passed.
Exception: if OutReach experiences a prolonged service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) directly caused by our infrastructure, we will credit your account pro-rata for the affected period.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions include a discount compared to monthly billing. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to annual plans. After 14 days, annual plan payments are non-refundable — your access continues until the end of the annual period.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the app, or by emailing billing@outreach.io.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to paid features until then. After the period ends, your account reverts to the free Starter plan. Your data is retained for 30 days after downgrade, after which excess data (beyond Starter limits) may be removed.
5. Account Termination for Violations
If your account is terminated by OutReach due to a violation of our Terms of Service — including sending spam or abusive content — you are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at billing@outreach.io before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is under review.
